A SIGN OF THINGS TO COME?

Buc fans were asked to give a one-time deposit so to give them the right to buy a season ticket.

Terms and conditions:

'After the end of 10th season, if you have purchased season tickets for the full 10-year period, you will receive a refund of the balance of your deposit. You may keep your seat location as long as you continue to purchase season tickets at prices and terms then in effect.'

However many fans have been contacted by the club who have been told that not only will there be no refunding of the deposit but are another deposit of $2000 is required to give fans the right to buy again.

The fans are now kicking up a stink and the club are refusing to comment now.

And a letter to the Tampa Tribune:

Will Bucs Stick It To Season Ticket-Holders?

There have been a lot of rumblings on the Bucs' message boards that the team will require a further 10-year deposit from season ticket-holders when their current one comes of age in two years. Have you heard anything about this?

From Nick (Tampa Tribune): We have made several inquiries to the Bucs about this and have been told this issue has not been discussed. But if I were a betting man, I'd say don't be surprised if it's true. It's known as supply and demand.
