BECKHAM IS THE BEST PAID PLAYER IN THE WORLD

France Football has published a table of the top earners
world wide. Beckham heads the list with a £10.5m a year pay-
packet. Second in Zidane with £9.8m and third is Ronaldo
with £7.9m.

United had two other players in the list; Rio Ferdinand was
fourth with annual earnings of £9.62m and Roy Keane was
tenth with a wage of £8.65m.
