Carrick Injury Woe

Carrick was substituted 25 minutes into the 1-1 draw at Old Trafford with an ankle injury and manager Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he will be sidelined for 'two to three weeks'.

Carrick will therefore definately miss England's international friendly game against the Czech Republic on Wednesday night although United will be well represented as Wes Brown, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney had, along with Carrick, been selected in England coach Fabio Capello's squad for the match at Wembley.
