Sporting CP have released a statement outlining all the details of Bruno Fernandes' imminent move to Manchester United, which include a variety of potential bonuses and add-ons.
With intense speculation regarding a possible transfer starting last summer, United's move for the Portuguese ace is all-but finalised, subject to the completion of a medical.

Weeks of talks and various developments saw the probability of the move fluctuate regularly, but United have now confirmed that a deal had been agreed with Sporting, pending the passing of a medical and agreement of personal terms.
The finer details will be thrashed out on Thursday after Fernandes flies in to Manchester, and, barring any hiccups, he will be announced as a United player on deadline day.
The alleged length of his United contract has differed depending on where you look, with some suggesting that a four-and-a-half year deal, with 12-month extension, is in the offing, while others have indicated that a five-and-a-half year deal will be penned.
While we're yet to have conclusive evidence of what his personal terms are, we do now know the terms of United's agreement with Sporting. The Portuguese giants (via Sport Witness) have released a statement detailing how much United will pay and, more crucially, when.
An initial €55m (around £46.6m) will be paid up front for Fernandes, with a number of add-ons making up the remainder of the fee.
