"We have said all along this summer that we wanted to hit the ground running this season and avoid injuries. That hasn't happened, but the situation is clearing a little bit and the England game is handy for Rio and Gary in particular.
"They meet up with England today and they will hopefully be fit enough to play part of the game on Wednesday. If Gary can get 45 minutes under his belt and Rio plays for the 90 minutes, it will be a big help.''
