Ex-Manchester United right-back Rafael da Silva could be on his way back to the Premier League this month.
Rafael, who currently plays for Lyon, has been offered to a number of English clubs, including Southampton, Crystal Palace and Brighton. Each of those sides are in the market for a new right-back and Lyon are willing to listen to offers for the 29-year-old.

However, according to Sky Sports, he has fallen down the pecking order in France, with Kenny Tete taking his starting position. The Brazilian has made just seven appearances in Ligue 1 this season and is now on his way out, with Les Gones offering him to Premier League outfits.
Despite featuring in Lyon's last six matches, he has only started four games in the 14 matchday squads that he has been included in, and substituted in on just three occasions. However, he made just one appearance in his side's opening 13 league games, and his sudden inclusion directly correlated to Tete's return to the squad after a four game absence.
His ability to play on both sides of defence and in midfield would make him an asset to each linked side. In his limited playing time this term, he has already showcased his versatility, playing on the right side of midfield, left-back and in his favoured right-back position.

Making 170 appearances for Manchester United, Rafael could add experience to all three linked sides. With an extra 149 appearances in France, he offers a different dimension, as well as his vast experience in the game.
He was first choice for a spell under Sir Alex Ferguson, and had a similar senior responsibility when he made the transfer to Lyon, but has since found it difficult to get form going.
With a dearth of right-back talent in the market, Rafael could prove a valuable signing for a Premier League side.
