Oriali said: “Giggs is a world class player who can make the difference for us in Serie A or in The Champions League.
"This isn't only a personal choice of president Moratti, but a really strengthening project with a player (Giggs) who has a definite characteristic of being able to make a difference.
"The advantage is that a deal might not only be financial because Manchester United, under certain conditions, could also accept a player exchange."
