Silvestre told MUTV: "I think all the players are committed and I'm sure everyone wants to do the best they can but it has to be from the first minute right to the end. Sometimes our concentration and determination is missing. Miss details like that and you concede goals very easily.
"It would be worse if we didn't have the Cup final to look forward as a target. We know we have to play to our best to beat Millwall but when you see how we have performed over the last few weeks it is not looking good.
"We have to perform and win in the league and try to take maximum points from our last two games. If we are going to finish second, we have to beat Chelsea but even then it might not be enough."
