First Patsy turned up to watch Giggsy play in the Manchester United home game against West Ham last weekend. Then she joined him and David and Victoria Beckham for a meal at Manchester venue The Living Room.

The foursome then moved on for drinks at the Sugar Lounge, where Ryan and Patsy were first spotted kissing.

Our insider said: "David and Victoria were nearby with their minder when Ryan and Patsy got into a clinch but didn't really give them a second glance.But everyone else in the bar was really surprised."

The revelation that Patsy has fallen for the Manchester United star is unlikely to impress her ex, Oasis rocker Liam.

A fervent fan of rivals Manchester City, Gallagher was once sacked from a car-cleaning job after he threw a bucket of water at Giggs when he came to collect his vehicle.

And Liam will no doubt be dismayed to learn that Patsy took their son Lennon, two, to the Old Trafford match - with the boy wearing a Man U top with his name on the back!
