The Business Day website reports that the South African Football Association (Safa) vice-president Mubarak Mohammed launched a scathing attack on Carlos Queiroz. It's reported that Queiroz claimed national coaches were set up to fail and this obviously disgruntled a few football officials.

"If Carlos Queiroz was a good coach, he would not have failed at Real Madrid when he had the best players in the world (Queiroz was fired in May last
year at the end of one of the club's worst performances in a season)," an irate Mohammed said.

"Carlos was employed to do a job for (Bafana). You will only be judged as a coach by your successes, and he is only the assistant at United now. In my
opinion, he was not a good coach."

You aren't the only one with that opinion Mr. Mohammed.
