Bryan Robson:

"For me the lads who have come through the youth team all
push each other. They've had so much success they will be
together for years. I don't think there is any chance of
them leaving the club unless Sir Alex Ferguson particularly
wants that to happen.

"But he knows all the success he's had over the years has
been down to that nucleus of lads that have come through the
youth team. They have proved they can win at the highest
level. So that is why I don't think he will change it. Not
one of those lads want to leave Manchester United. They love
the club, they love the fans.

"They have won things over the years, so why leave? They
have proved it over the years. It started from Ryan Giggs.
He has now won eight championships, which is a marvellous
achievement.

"United won it in a great way this year, coming from so many
points behind. The mentality of players, they showed they
are really tough. We all know about their ability. They
really deserved to win the title."

Robson was speaking at the launch of the Manchester 10k run,
which he is competing in to raise money for Francis House in
Didsbury.

"Most of the Manchester United first team lads have
sponsored me so I am going to have to finish it. I have
started doing a little bit of training but road running is
hard on the body after playing football for so many years.
You get a few aches and pains."
