This weekend will bring an end to another Premier League season, with the destination of the title still undecided.
Manchester City have the advantage as they prepare to face relegation threatened Queens Park Rangers, meanwhile rivals Manchester United take on Sunderland.
The two sides faced each other last week, with City emerging with a 1-0 and taking top spot.
With only goal difference separating the two Manchester clubs, although City do have an eight goal advantage, the title could realistically be heading to either side of the City by Sunday evening.
