The Serbian winger was not happy at Old Trafford due to lack of chances in the first team, the 23 year old had been out on loan at Cologne and that is where he had set his heart on moving to after impressing at the club.
But Cologne could not match CSKA’s offer for the player and after agreeing terms, a deal was struck between Manchester United and the Russian outfit.
Tosic moved to United from Partizan Belgrade in January 2009 for £7 Million.
