Grant took the reins at Stamford Bridge last Thursday after Jose Mourinho left the club.

United have previously voted against both Gareth Southgate and Glenn Roeder being allowed to carry on managing without their badges.

However, when it went to the vote they were the only club to oppose it.

Both men were allowed to carry on with a massive 19-1 vote in their favour.
