WE WANT THEM ALL

Carlos Queiroz hopes United can win every competition they enter next season.

"We want to go for everything next season," Queiroz told the People. "We always want the maximum.

"I want the league and Champions League. We came close this season, so we have to take advantage of that experience to try again next season.

"Chelsea suffered last season in the league. We have shown that we have a better squad than Chelsea and that is why we won the league.

"And now we have strengthened our side even more with the arrival of Nani and Anderson. If each one gives us half as much as Cristiano Ronaldo is giving us then we will be more than satisfied."

And while Ferguson shows no signs of retirement Queiroz is happy to bide his time to become manager.

"Sir Alex Ferguson still has a great desire, even more so after winning the title. He wants to go one step at a time and has no set date for his goodbye. At the moment it is ruled out.

"I am learning every day at this club. It is not up to me, but it is logical that I would like to be one day the manager of Manchester United."
