Real Madrid have offered Arsene Wenger the chance to take
over at the Bernabeu according to the Mirror.
Vicente Del Bosque’s contract expires in two months time,
and with a new agreement looking unlikely, Wenger could
replace him. Del Bosque is unhappy about the current offer:
"If this is a five-star club that stays in five- star
hotels, why would they want a two-star manager? And if
they're going to have a five-star manager they have to pay
him as such."
Real's sporting director Jorge Valdano doesn’t seem
particularly keen to resolve matters:
"If we do not reach an agreement then each will go his own
way".
