The Sun:

Smashing a record held by Manchester United should be the stuff of dreams for Elgin City fans.

But just this once the Scottish minnows will be praying they don't beat one of Britain's biggest clubs.

Why? Because Elgin are languishing at the bottom of the Scottish League after losing their opening nine league games.

And they are just four more defeats away from breaking the British record of 12 consecutive losses at the start of a season set by United in 1930.

Elgin boss Brian Irvine joked: "This is the one thing you don't want to beat Man United at!"
