"I find it very sad that the nation feels this way. Why not be proud of something that is ours, and I class them as ours because I am an Englishman. They have English players and that's been one of the reasons for their success.
"It is because United are successful. Jealousy is an awful thing. People don't like United because they are successful. But they have been successful because they work hard and have extremely talented players."
