AC Milan in for Vidic?

There are rumours floating around that AC Milan could be about to make a move for United defender Nemanja Vidic.

Real Madrid are known to be interested in the player and it is said that they are preparing a £20 million summer swoop.

But they could face big competition from Milan who could try for a cash plus player deal using their Dutch striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar as bait.

Sir Alex Ferguson has already moved to strengthen his central defence with the signing of Chris Smalling from Fulham.
