'The story of Manchester United’s famous Busby Babes is to be made into a Hollywood film. The movie will pay tribute to Sir Matt Busby’s star-studded team — eight of whom perished in a plane crash in Munich in 1958.
Moguls have signed up respected producer Barry Navidi — who worked on the Robert De Niro hit The Merchant Of Venice — to write the script.
A source said: "The film is going to look at how the team was put together and the camaraderie among the players. It will cover the terrible events of 1958."
