* José Mourinho gets spat on upon his arrival in Barcelona with Chelsea.

* The Times report that despite only getting 3000 tickets, over 15,000 Rangers fans are in Villareal for their game tonight. By the time the game ends it is estimated that there will be at least 1,000,000 Glaswegians over for the match.

* Breaking news in The Sun: 'Ruud van Nistelrooy fears that he could be the next big name to leave Manchester United.'

* Ashley Cole is the face for a new cancer campaign according to The Sun:

Ashley Cole is tackling a new project — a cancer awareness campaign.

Charity Everyman is running the campaign and has dubbed it: Keep Your Eye on the Ball.

* More on the story we published on Sunday about Lille midfielders Mathieu Bodmer and Jean Makoun. A quote from Bodmer:

"I've a clause that allows me to go if a club offers £5.5m.
