Madrid officials are becoming concerned about the lack of
time spent in Madrid by Victoria. She only comes to Madrid
at weekends, having spent the rest of the week promoting
herself, and then of course David Beckham is busy with
football commitments. As Beckham is a family man, Madrid
foresee problems if she doesn’t spend more time there.
Posh is already disliked in Madrid after the paper ‘Prensa
Roas’ announced that she was overheard saying that she
didn’t like Spaniards because they all smelt like garlic.
David’s unconvincing denials at a press conference the
following day didn’t help much either.
