IMUSA's long standing campaign for reduced admission prices for the League Cup produced a positive response from the club last season and it is good to see the board continuing with the policy this term.
The prices will need to be reduced further to completely satisfy IMUSA's demands. The number of tickets that remain unsold even at the reduced prices demonstrates the wisdom of the organisation's campaign.
The board's decision may well have been influenced by falling attendances but many season ticket holders would have bought tickets for tonight's game regardless of the price. IMUSA deserves support for the unstinting work it does on behalf of supporters so if you aren't a member already or your membership has lapsed, take a fiver from the money you have saved on tonight's ticket and join up.
