CELTIC STILL LOOKING FOR MILLER FEE

Last updated : 26 January 2004 By Editor
Celtic believe Miller's move comes under the jurisdiction of
the International Football League Board.

Its rules state that any player under 24 moving within
Britain should command a fee.

The IFLB was set up to rule on compensation for such moves,
but Fifa has since lowered the age of out-of-contract
players who can command a fee to 23.
