On Sunday 8th August 2004 Manchester United will play Arsenal in the FA
Community Shield at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, kick off 3.00pm.
We will receive an allocation in the region of 28,000 tickets. Prices are
as follows (subject to availability):
£40.00; £30.00 (the majority of the allocation); £20.00; £15.00
Additionally tickets will be available in a 'Family Bay' priced £15.00
adults and £7.50 under 16s/ over 65s.
Private Box / Executive Suite and Club Class Members can apply immediately
in the usual manner quoting their membership number and facilities held,
please ensure your application is marked 'Community Shield' enclosing
payment and first class sae and forwarded to the Ticketing & Membership
Department no later than 5pm on Wednesday 14th July.
Season Ticket Holders only are invited to register an application by
telephoning the Ticket Order Line on 0870 442 1999 from 8am on Wednesday
7th July through to 5pm on Friday 9th July.
Please note this is a 24 hour service and tickets are not allocated on a
first come first served basis.
Additionally LMTB Holders, Members and any ST Holder who hasn't already
registered an application, can apply for a seat on a best available basis
from 8am on Monday 12th July through to 5pm on Wednesday 14th July.
All payments must be made by either debit/credit card, however please note
is successful an administration fee of 3% per transaction is charged for
this service.
A further announcement regarding availability will be made after 5pm on
Wednesday 14th July.
