‘RYAN GIGGS has stunned manager Alex Ferguson by admitting he prefers playing for Wales than Manchester United.
The United winger, often criticised for his lack of commitment to his country, is loving every minute of playing under Wales chief Mark Hughes.
Giggs, 28, said: "I'm enjoying it a lot more than playing for United at the moment but that's not hard really is it."
Midfield ace Giggs flew out to Azerbaijan yesterday for Wales' Euro 2004 qualifier tomorrow.
He said: "It won't be ideal preparation with all the injuries and an eight-hour flight but we are confident."’
