Cristiano Ronaldo has trained at Carrington for the first time since making his sensational return to Manchester United.
Ronaldo sealed a move to United on transfer deadline day, bringing just over two years at Juventus to a close. However, soon after penning terms he jetted off on international duty with Portugal, meaning he did not get to reacquaint himself with Manchester.

His eventful few days continued on Wednesday when he scored a late brace in his side's dramatic 2-1 win over Republic of Ireland. The strikes were enough for him to finally break Ali Daei's long-standing men's international goals record.
He also picked up a yellow card in the game, ruling him out of his side's second World Cup qualifier against Azerbaijan. As a result, Portugal let him depart the squad early and Ronaldo touched down in England over the weekend.
After undertaking a period of quarantine he has now finally step foot on United soil, competing in his first training session since his return. He was also pictured by the club's official photographers in conversation with new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who he played with during his previous spell at Old Trafford.
With the forward back in training, attention will now turn to when he could make his debut. Solskjaer has been cautious in introducing United's other summer signing to the starting XI, making Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho wait for their first starts, meaning Ronaldo may have to settle for a place on the bench against Newcastle on Saturday.
If so, he will likely be given a maiden start in United's Champions League meeting with Young Boys on Tuesday.
Ronaldo has already broken one record since rejoining the club, with his new United number seven shirt selling more than any other jersey in history during its first 24 hours on the market.
