"Of course, as a striker you want someone up with you, there
is no doubt about that. You can always benefit by playing
alongside someone else when you are up front battling on
your own - which he has done on many occasions and done
extremely well.
"You have to say that he is as good as anyone in Europe,
without a doubt. There is no argument to his scoring record.
You only have to watch him a couple of times to realise this
guy is a top goalscorer but the one quality which makes him
special is that he never gives up.
"He is a fighter, never gives up on anything and that is why
he has scored as many goals as he has done since he came to
England. He chases balls that others consider to be going
nowhere and turns them into something: the ball might be
going for a goal-kick but he wins a corner and then scores
from it.
