Viking have agreed a loan deal to bring Manchester United's Mads Timm to Stavanger. The young Dane has been in good form recently, scoring twice for the reserves in last week's win over Birmingham, and will look to obtain some first team experience in Norway.

"We have agreed a loan deal with the Danish striker Mads Timm," confirmed Viking director Bjarne Berntsen on Viking's official website.

"It will last until our final game in the spring season on July 4.He is a very promising player. We have seen him several times and we think that it will be interesting to get him over. United and the player himself also thought it was interesting to go to Viking for half a season. They have got great plans for the Danish striker."
