Richard Caborn, Minister for Sport, met with IMUSA and Shareholders United, and representatives from a number of other Manchester United fans groups on 28 November.
The meeting was both constructive and cordial and provided an opportunity for the Minister to hear their concerns about the recent takeover of Manchester United FC by Malcolm Glazer.
The Minister listened carefully to the concerns raised by fans and understood their wish to meet with the new owners of Manchester United to be able to put these concerns across in a constructive manner, and he hoped that they would have the opportunity in the near future.
