"We had a hard time in the first 20 minutes and they could have been two up before we'd really even got started.
"They were very aggressive with their tackling and they put a lot of hard work into their game.
"Overall, it was a big victory for us considering we got off to such a bad start and had to come from behind. It's not easy to do that here especially against a team as determined as Newcastle were.
"You could say there was pressure on us because Liverpool and Chelsea both won on Tuesday night. But we've faced this challenge for years.
"It's down to trusting your players and having the ability to win matches and we had to do that against Newcastle.
"Being 1-0 down away from home isn't easy, but we came back to win thanks to a very gritty performance."
