FERGIE – RONALDO NEEDS TIME

"Having seen him in training and in that game against us in
Portugal, I had a feeling he was going to be the type of
player that you can't ignore.

"He is a gutsy lad who will take the ball in any position
even with someone screaming up his backside.

"We'll play him in one game a week. We have to make sure we
pick the right game and not overdo it. We still have to work
on the boy and we may even give him two or three weeks away
from it from time to time so he can get some coaching and
really develop him as a footballer.

"There are some things that need to be worked on but he has
excited everybody here."
