FERGIE BLAMED FOR WORLD DISASTERS?

The head of the Malaria Foundation International Dr Mary Galinski has reacted to Fergie's comments that he was hoping there would be an outbreak of malaria in the Chelsea squad. She said:

"It was obviously an off-the-cuff remark but it was also highly insensitive and inappropriate and an apology is due. It's making light of a killer disease and a major worldwide disaster,"

She then went slightly over the top by saying that SAF wished the players to die rather than just be poorly for a period of time.

"My first reaction when I heard it was: 'Oh my God!' He may as well have said: 'Wouldn't it be great if a tsunami hit where Chelsea are playing?' People would be outraged but it's effectively the same thing.
