"I am to confirm there has not been a visit to Manchester by any member of the Glazer family this week.
"It is nonsense to suggest that there has been any change at all in the Glazers' attitude towards the club or the manager.
"They view their purchase of United as a marathon not a sprint and we are four months into their ownership. There has been lots of talk about business plans and financial deadlines but there are none.
"There is no need to panic. They are quite relaxed about the situation and have no plans to fly over for talks."
