FERGIE IN FRESH TRANSFER ALLEGATIONS

'A hard-hitting BBC documentary is to be aired on Thursday that will turn the spotlight on Ferguson's big-money deals as United boss,' reports the Mirror. 'And the results of an internal Old Trafford inquiry will be made public to shareholders the following day, putting the United chief under unprecedented pressure.

There have already been doubts raised about his ability to keep Manchester United among Europe's elite and now the 63-year-old is to face more potentially embarrassing revelations about his transfer dealings in the BBC3 documentary Fergie & Son.

Alex Millar, the programme's investigative reporter, said: "There's a lot of new material in this documentary. Key people have talked to us who have not talked about this stuff before. Let's just say I don't think Fergie will be a fan of the programme."

The BBC documentary will this week highlight several big-money deals which may spark further embarrassing questions at board level.'
