Sir Alex Ferguson won't be punished by the FA for his remarks after the Everton game. The FA decided that they only needed to remind him of his responsibilities when making public comments.

Fergie had been quoted as saying:

"We maybe could have had a penalty but there's no way Rob Styles was ever going to give us a penalty."
