FERGIE PRAISES SAHA

Sir Alex Ferguson, “The great thing from my point of view was I got Louis Saha back. He’s got two great feet. I’m very pleased at that. It gives me an alternative to Alan Smith, who has been a real soldier for us over the last few weeks. With that game behind him, Louis will be a terrific addition to our team. He's got the pace, he's got the spring in the air, two great feet and I think if he'd had a game behind him he'd have been a bigger threat to Chelsea. Towards the last 20 minutes I was toying with the idea whether I should take him off. But I'm very happy with him.

"He got tired in the last 20 minutes and lost a bit of penetration but I kept him on because I thought he might get a goal. Some of them needed a game, Saha, Fortune and O’Shea.”
