FERGUSON WILL NEVER LOSE HIS GRIP

From The People:

"Then again, I think it is only when managers finish with the game that health problems can sometimes become apparent. We all look fine on the outside, but you just don't know what damage the job is doing internally.

"It is very worrying, especially as the pressures of management and football in general have increased dramatically over the last 30 years. I bet there's now a lot of people feeling guilty at West Ham, especially those idiots who attacked Glenn Roeder's home last week. I mean, that's the kind of thing we normally associate with South America, where you hear stories of referees getting shot and supporters being killed. When you find that kind of extreme behaviour creeping into our society then you really have to worry.

"There's an aggressive edge to modern life that I struggle to understand. But you have to stand up to it. It's all about how you handle the pressure and I have always been of the opinion that no one can put more pressure on me than I do.

"You can either feel sorry for yourself when things go wrong or you can do something about it. I've always chosen the second option and I think that has helped me cope with the stress."

Why not have a bet yourself on today’s game and help to keep the site running. Solskjaer usually scores against Spurs so why not have a splash?
