FILTHY

JOSE REYES has branded England stars Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand FILTHY.

And Reyes reckons similar treatment in tomorrow’s friendly here will mean they are picking on him.

Reyes said:

“They were filthy in the United game and if there was kicking going on in another game, it would be very suspicious. I hope Ferdinand and Neville have forgotten the Arsenal game and that they don’t kick me as much as they did in Manchester.”

"In all my life I have never received so many kicks as in Manchester. It was the hardest match I’ve played in England and the ref should have stopped the violence of United’s players.”

“I received more blows in that match than I have ever done in the Spanish League and I finished on the ground covered in bruises.”

Reyes added: “Rooney is inconsistent but in the space of just two minutes he is capable of creating a lot of problems for any team.

“But is he is a world No 1? No. He still has a lot to learn.”

Spanish ace Michel Salgado also took a swipe at Rooney ahead of tomorrow’s clash.

He said: “Rooney’s so strong he can do anything. He would be the ideal person to help you move house.”
