"I certainly didn't expect to play so many games at the start of the season."
"It may have been a disappointing season for the club but it has been one massive learning curve for me, which should stand me in good stead for the rest of my career. I have just tried to perform to a level where the manager feels he can trust me and not be scared to play me in the big games."
"I don't mind playing on the right but I have been in the centre all my life, so that is probably my best position," he said.
"But wherever the manager wants to play me, I will try to do a job. I just want to build on what I have achieved this season and hopefully become an even more important player in the future."
