The tournament will be played in Germany with the first two games taking place on Wednesday, 29th July, when United take on Boca Juniors and Milan play Bayern Munich.
The winners of each game will play each other in the Final on Thursday 30th July.
There will also be a third place play-off between the two side's defeated in Wednesday's matches.
