FC United continued their winning start to the new season last night with a 4-0 triumph over Flixton - their sixth win on the bounce.

On Saturday Atherton Collieries are the visitors to Gigg Lane, and it's free entry for all under-18s.

FC United announce:

With only one other North West League club in action at home this Saturday, attention will switch to Gigg Lane where the table-topping club will play in front of the regions biggest football crowd outside of the International at Old Trafford.

FC United who currently sit top of Division 1 of the North West Counties League with 6 wins from 6, having scored 25 goals and only conceded 1 in the process, look to continue the run against Atherton Collieries at 3pm on Saturday.

The match is also being billed as an ‘end of holidays treat for kids' as all under 18's will be allowed free entry, continuing FC United's policy of making live football as accessible and affordable as possible.
