GARY NEVILLE IN DEFIANT MOOD

"There won't be a problem with the mood, it has been good all along, just because two minutes of football went against us, we are not going to change.

"We are disappointed because we put so much into the game, but we live to fight another day. We will take this punch on the chin, but come Thursday we hope we can respond and go on the counter-attack."

"The feeling is one of disappointment because we have lost a match in which we played very well for 90 minutes. Things went to plan, but then Zidane produced a moment of magic to get them level and then they got a penalty in the last minute.

"Football kicks you in the teeth sometimes. But when we face the Swiss we hope to play with some of the same qualities we showed last night and, hopefully, that should be enough to get us a result. But it is another difficult game."
