Denis Law is recovering in Hospital after undergoing surgery yesterday after it was discovered he has prostrate cancer. Consultant urological surgeon at Stepping Hill Hospital, Paddy O'Reilly said:

"Denis Law had surgery for early prostate cancer on Tuesday at Stepping Hill Hospital. He is progressing well, and it is hoped he will be discharged over the weekend or shortly after."
