GOOD TIMES FOR A CHANGE

Fergie: "I have spoken to David Gill about the situation and if Ole comes through this injury, we will be talking to him.

"It is a measure of the man that I never doubted he would come back because it has taken a lot of determination.

"We are not seeing him at his best at the moment but there were two brief moments on Wednesday when we saw the real class he has.

"He has this fantastic movement and exceptional positional play and vision. It is all about games for him now and the more he gets the better he will be.

"I thought it was his 31st birthday." [OGS is 33 soon]

"I did ask him just to make sure but he said he should know how old he is.

"The really great thing about this comeback is he has not missed a training session, which is absolutely terrific for him and us.

"It doesn't matter how old you are, when you have been out for 18 months it takes you a while to get back into the swing of things.

"But all we want to do know is give him as many matches as we can, see some improvement and hopefully get him back to somewhere near the level he was before."
