‘Gary Neville could be in trouble with the Football Association after running the length of the field to celebrate Rio Ferdinand's winner in front of Liverpool's fans at Old Trafford.

The Manchester United skipper was captured by television cameras grabbing his shirt and gesticulating towards Liverpool's supporters.

However, Neville had been the subject of abuse by the visiting fans throughout the game.
