HEINZE OUT

Sir Alex Ferguson yesterday announced that Gabriel Heinze could be out of the first team for several weeks after getting injured on Wednesday. He has undergone a scan and is awaiting the results. Sir Alex said:

"He will go for a scan but we think it is medial ligament damage," said United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

"If that is the case, he will be out for several weeks."
