I'M NOT ROY

United's new boy Eric Djemba-Djemba has said that he hasn't modelled his game on that of his new captain. In an interview with the MEN he said:

"Roy Keane is a player I have always thought a lot of as an individual. But I haven't based my game on him. There are a lot of qualities in him where I can see similarities. I am strong physically and like to get stuck in. Football is all about getting stuck in,"

He does seem to have his head screwed on as well.

"I think the qualities United have spotted in me are my physical presence and my passing. I get around and put myself about on the field."

"I am a very young player and I am coming into a squad packed full of experienced stars who have got their places and fought for them already.

"If I can do my little bit towards helping the team to another championship, because that is the real goal, then I'll be very happy at the end of the season,"
