The Times report:
‘Malcolm Glazer, the American billionaire, will deliver his £800 million takeover bid to Manchester United on Thursday, reports said last night. The proposals, which will be strongly opposed by many fans, apparently come with the promise from Glazer of millions to spend on new players.’
