INTERNATIONAL VIOLENCE PART 1

A further 10 England fans were arrested yesterday in Vaduz
as trouble broke out among supporters. A day earlier 25 were
arrested in Zurich after trouble in the Old Town. The same
night, 3 fans were shot and two stabbed although it is
unclear why.

Meanwhile, Assistant Chief Constable Ron Hogg, head of the
English police’s anti-hooligan operation, said the 25
England fans arrested in Zurich would face the maximum 10-
year travel ban and others who escaped arrest but took part
in the riots would also face bans. Doesn’t that sounds fair?
